Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal had filed a case against Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah producer Asit Kumar Modi for mental and sexual harassment. The actress had been fighting the case for a very long time. She was given justice, to some extent when Modi was declared guilty. However, it seems this is getting misinterpreted outside. Well, Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal has shared a new video in which she has sarcastically slammed the team members for dismissing the verdict in her favour.

The actress took to her social media handle and shared that she has learned that some people from the production house of Neela Productions are claiming that Jennifer has not won any case. They are claiming that she went to the ‘faltu sa’ women’s group where it was said that she won. Jennifer has raised just one question and slammed the production team members. She asks why the producer who is so important, put aside all the work and went for a hearing not once but twice. Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal also gives an ultimatum to the police
Jennifer also gave an update about the chargesheet filing. The actress revealed that she went to the Powai Police station where she met a senior inspector who claims to have been recently transferred to the station. He told her that he had no clue about the case but added that he will look into the matter. Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal also went to Hiranandani Police station and gave the ACP an ultimatum that if the chargesheet is not filed ASAP, then she doesn’t know what she would do. She mentions going on a protest when the president comes. She ends the video saying, that even she doesn’t know what she can do and “Picture abhi baaki hai mere dost.”

Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal is unhappy that Asit Kumarr Modi was only asked to give her dues and additional compensation. She previously expressed unhappiness over the lack of mention of Sohil Ramani and Jatin Bajaj in the same.
