Today, Netflix released the trailer for their upcoming heist thriller titled Sikandar Ka Muqaddar. Directed by Neeraj Pandey, the Hindi film stars Jimmy Shergill, Tamannaah Bhatia, Avinash Tiwary, and Rajiv Mehta. Sikandar Ka Muqaddar Trailer Review
In the Sikandar Ka Muqaddar trailer, we learn that very expensive diamonds were stolen at a diamond exhibition in the year 2008. Naturally, every character in the story is the suspect.Officer Jaswinder Singh, played by Jimmy Shergill, is assigned the task of finding who stole the diamonds. Singh has three suspects in front of him, based on his instincts: Kamini (Tamannaah Bhatia), Sikandar (Avinash Tiwary), and Mangesh (Rajiv Mehta).
We learn that Jaswinder Singh won’t stop at anything. Even though he followed his instincts, it has been years and he hasn’t figured out who stole the diamonds. The trailer sees a huge leap where Sikandar has to leave the city and settle someone else. But it is written in his fate to not espace from Singh’s clutches, who won’t stop at anything. Jaswinder has the most focus on Sikandar. The official synopsis reads, “Kaun hai masoom, kaun hai mujrim, aur kiski moolvriti hai sabse shaatir?”
From the trailer, we get an idea that Sikandar Ka Muqaddar will be a fun and twisted heist thriller where every character is hiding something. In between, we also see glimpses of things getting extremely intense, leaving us curious about what’s exactly happening and who is the main culprit.
