Ramayana part 1 and part 2 release dates revealed
Filmmaker Namit Malhotra of Prime Focus Studios has now officially announced Ramayana that will be directed by Nitesh Tiwari. The film is going to be released in two parts. The first one will release in the year 2026 during Diwali and the second part will release in the year 2027. The wait is definitely long. As per the reports, the star cast of Ramayana includes Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi and KGF star Yash. Ranbir Kapoor will be seen as Lord Ram while Sai Pallavi will be seen as Goddess Sita. The South superstar has confirmed that he is going to essay the role of Ravana in Nitesh Tiwar’s Ramayana. There are reports suggesting that Lara Dutta has been roped in to play the role of Kaikayi and Sunny Deol will be seen as Hanuman. The poster does not reveal the first looks of the star cast but it has the arrow that is significant to Ramayana. The poster has gone viral on entertainment news. A few months ago, pictures of Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi dressed in costumes went viral on social media. Ranbir Kapoor could be seen dressed as Lord Ram carrying his bow and arrow. Sai Pallavi could be seen as Sita. While fans were expecting that Ramayana will release in the year 2025, however, it is now official that the film will only hit theatres in Diwali 2026.
