Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s sprawling Georgia home has been put up for auction and faces foreclosure after more than a year on the market. According to Fulton County records, the property was scheduled for auction on Tuesday, Dec. 3, outside the Fulton County Courthouse, with the sale intended to go to the highest bidder for cash.
The Alpharetta mansion, listed on the county foreclosure records, has been a focal point of financial challenges for the former Real Housewives of Atlanta stars. Public records show the couple defaulted on a $1.65 million loan taken out in 2012, prompting prior foreclosure proceedings in February 2023. Although the couple reportedly took steps to resolve the issue then, the home is now at risk again.
Kroy Biermann has alleged that financial mismanagement and disagreements over the sale have worsened their predicament. He previously requested court intervention to compel the sale of the property, citing concerns about the impact on their family. The couple shares four minor children, while Zolciak also has two adult daughters from a previous relationship, whom Biermann legally adopted.
The couple initially listed the home in October 2023 for $6 million following their second divorce filing. Since then, the price has been reduced multiple times, with the most recent listing at $3.7 million in November 2024. The estate spans 1.78 acres and includes luxury amenities such as seven bedrooms, a six-car garage, a home theater, a heated pool, a gym with a massage room, and a 500-bottle wine cellar.
The current status of the auction remains unclear. Zolciak and Biermann have not provided updates or comments regarding the property or its impending sale.
