Kartik Aaryan on preparing for the role of Chandu Champion
Kartik has been receiving appreciation and praise for reducing a considerable amount of body fat as per the requirement of the character in Chandu Champion. The actor said that he was prepared for the role mentally, physically and emotionally on the same day when he came to know that Kabir Khan wanted to make a film with him.
Kartik even said that he could not say no to Kabir’s film and no matter how much time he had to give it to. He even spoke his heart out about the struggle and said that at the initial stage of his career, he felt helpless. He even said that he had his own share of struggles and he will not like to change a single thing in the journey. Kartik also said that he wants to have the same journey so far yet again.

Kartik also said that despite feeling helpless at times, he learned from the hard work and dedication of his parents. He understood that there is no gain without pain. He said that he has taken a lot of strength and sacrifices which he is proud of. Chandu Champion is an upcoming sports drama inspired from the life of Murlikant Petkar, India’s first Paralympics swimmer. The film is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and is slated to release on June 14, 2024 in theatres.
