The couple welcomed their first baby girl on September 8. Deepika took a maternity break after welcoming her baby girl and reportedly will resume after some time. She will start shooting for Kalki sequel with Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan.

On the work front, Ranveer and Deepika will be sharing the screen with Rohit Shetty’s directorial Singham Again co-starring Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tiger Shroff and Arjun Kapoor. The two will pair together after working in 83. Ranveer will soon be seen in Don 3. The film was supposed to start in January of next year, but will now go on floors in May-June 2025.
