Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan’s son, Aryan Khan, has reportedly purchased 2 floors of Panchsheel Park in South Delhi. The area has an SRK and Gauri connection. To the uninitiated, it is the same building where the couple used to live in their early days. SRK and Gauri own the basement and the ground floor of the same building. As per the reports, Aryan has paid Rs 37 crore to buy the property in Delhi. A report by Economic Times mentions that, as per the documents, Aryan Khan registered the transaction in May 2024 and paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.64 crore. Pradeep Prajapati, founder of boutique real estate and a consultant, told the portal that it’s very rare for Bollywood celebs to make high-value transactions. Earlier, Amitabh Bachchan sold his property in South Delhi’s Gulmohar Park for Rs 23 crore. As the house holds emotional significance, Gauri Khan has designed it.
